happy hump day!!! it's wednesday everyone and you know what that means? the week is almost over and the weekend is almost here, yay!!!
as excited as i am for the weekend (i mean, who wouldn't be?),
this weekend is going to be busy for me. hint: it's prom weekend!
saturday morning i must wake up super early so i can make it to my
hair appointment on time, which by the way (btw) is at 8:00 in the morning. i
mean, i know i'm a morning person and naturally wake up early, but for a
saturday? that's just too much lol. (;
then, after my hair appointment, i must rush home so i can clean,
clean, and do some more cleaning of my house! i was so graciously volunteered
to do prom pictures at my house with all my friends. in all honesty, i don't
really mind.
anyway, enough of my rambling (lol), back to hump day! now, as i
mentioned before where i live has some crazy weather. one day it's below 50
degrees, the next day it's above 80 degrees. while some days it's basically
snowing in the morning, and sun-shining in the afternoon. if that doesn't tell
ya how hard it is to plan for some outfits, i'll just say it--it's so difficult
to try and plan for the weather when you have no idea what it's going to be
like.
so my #ootd (outfit of the day), worked out perfectly for today's
weather.
this morning it was about 50 degrees, so the cute little denim
button-down blouse pictured above was perfect. i easily paired it with a white,
flowy tank underneath, so if it got too hot i could take it off. both of these
items were found at loft.
to make this outfit feel more like spring, i added the black,
strappy sandals from american eagle.
these sandals are literally one of my favorite pair. i think i've had them for
about a year now, and they've held up fantastically. i always find such great
finds at american eagle!
