DISNEY WORLD

i'm not going to lie, i love everything disney, so it shouldn't be a surprise that i love the most magical place on earth: DISNEY WORLD.

i've gone to disney twice and both times were fantastic. and although i was seven-years-old the first time i went, and don't really remember much, i know it was awesome (lol).

below, i've compiled a list of my four favorites from magic kingdom that i absolutely loved.

main street, usa
as soon as i walked in my senses became over-whelmed with the bright colors, smell of funnel cakes and homemade ice cream, and the beautiful cinderella castle that stood at the other end of main street. this area kinda represents the heart of american small towns, one that maybe walt disney grew up in. candy stores, haberdashery, gift shops, a fire station, and old-fashioned ice cream parlors line the street. main street is like the beginning credits of an amazing movie.

cinderella castle
featuring my brother
as mentioned above, the cinderella castle stands at the end of main street. it's the gem of magic kingdom, so it's not surprising it's basically at the center. honestly, it was so beautiful. to the left is a photograph of my brother looking at one of the murals inside the breezeway that goes through the castle. closer, it looks like the mural is made up of little pieces of glass. this was one of my favorite things to see.

adventureland
my mom and i on the ride!

one of my favorite disney movies is aladdian, so naturally i loved adventureland. i didn't get to do as much here as i would've liked to, but my mom and i were waiting on my dad and brother to finish up on a ride that was nearby, and this was close. due to the lack of time, we rode one ride which was the magic carpets of aladdin. it was so fun, and there was barely a line. what made it better was the "character experience" section was right beside this ride, and aladdin and jasmine were there, and i got so excited. but for real, i would recommend this ride just because it's really fun and i liked it.

disney princesses
cinderella's glass shoe
ready for my favorite part? I MET CINDERELLA AND RAPUNZEL. this was such a major childhood moment for me. the day we went i told my parents i was meeting at least one princess, no matter how long the wait, and i did! inside the building to meet them, hung portraits of all the princesses and at the front of the room was cinderella's glass slipper in a really fancy box. i don't know what else to say, other than if you go to disney, i would meet your favorite disney character (and they have a lot of, not just princesses.) the other cool thing about this was the short wait, which made my parents happy, lol. of course i would highly recommend this, maybe just because i loved it so much. i'm getting excited all over again thinking about it!
me with rapunzel!!!

and that's a wrap! i know this wasn't a very long post, but what i listed above was honestly my favorite parts of magic kingdom! i hope you enjoyed it, and got some inspiration for your next trip!

xoxo,
